How old is your husband? Is he on medication for blood pressure? Is there any history of cardiac problems in his family? Does he eat healthy and exercise? Is he diabetic? Has he complained of an earache? Dizziness can be due to a number of things. My first impression was some kind of orthostatic hypotension--his blood pressure drops when he stands. He should be checked out by a doctor. Better to be safe than sorry, don't you agree?

Being too exhausted and lack of sleep. Side effects of medicine. Jetlag after taking holiday trip. Low blood pressure also make you dizzy.

Lots of things. Low blood pressure, inner ear infection, reaction to some medications, brain tumor, standing and spinning around real fast.

If it is short term, probably not too much to worry about, but if you are really worried, see a Dr.

If you are diabetic, then the dizziness could come from low blood sugar. I would suggest swallowing a packet of sugar and go see the doctor.

Either your blood sugar is too low. So you might need to drink some orange juice.

Or you should get off the merry-go-round.
