My friend , your heart will heal ,the heart always does, because your heart will continue to go on .we have all suffered in one way or another and actually feel that pain when it breaks and you do feel.... it will never mend but gradually it does it has to ..because without our hearts we cannot ever feel again,I wish I had a cure but there is nothing you can take for this ...It has to mend.. and in time that pain will gradually leave but it will never be completely gone...our hearts are so strong and yet they break ,but my friend in your mind there is hope and the will to go on..and so this is a part of life and its many hardships, always remember your heart will gone on...bless you my friend.....luv kara

There are many books on how to help your Heart disease and diets , exercises. In fact a good book to try is The Cardiovascular Cure by John P. Cooke MD PhD. I hope this answers your question and everything goes well!

To clear it out you can either follow Gary Craig's c.s. method
with the EFT method http://www.emofree.com
Or follow the easy way by doing a 28 day cure in which all you do is take 2 or three milksugar grains a day for 70 euro per cure
http://www.alfonsven.com
Personally, I find the Alfons Ven cure one of the most elegant and sophisticated cures I ever came across.
Good luck my friend

Swallow a bandaid and it'll fix a broken heart.
Not really, that's what my mother always told me. I know it sucks to hear, but time does cure all wounds. Keep yourself busy with things you like, even if you don't feel like doing them. You'll feel better in no time.
It's also been proven that if you listen to upbeat, happy music when you're sad, your heartrate will increase, releasing endorphines into your blood. Since endorphines are natural "feel good" drugs, it will make you happier.

It is no doubt tough, but one can do it if one tries to be stronger, keeps oneself occupied into something to divert mind. It's not the end of the world. Life must move on...one must make new friends and look at the positive side of things. As time goes by, it'll get easier if one is determined not to fall prey to the situation. It's a question of what mindset one chooses to keep.
