Our family is going out for dinner the Saturday before Christmas, so that all of us can be together at the same time. The majority of us will still make it over to my sister's home, for a second Christmas dinner. When we go out to eat, I intend to order nice larger portion cut of porterhouse steak.
When we eat at my sisters house, I usually take a little bit of everything, since she lays out such a wide variety of meats and vegetables. I love both the ham and the turkey that she cooks up.

I'm having goose instead of turkey braised worth orange, sliced green beans, and roast potatoes. Turkey tends to be dry but thinking of the goose now is making me drool.
I hope you enjoy your vegan christmas dinner, i wouldn't be disheartened because my sister is vegetarian and I love the nut roasts she makes at Christmas. Have a Happy Christmas
