i'm 24 and recently married. I've been sexually active since turning 21. However, i realised i've contracted warts only this year. I've been treated since. However, what are the chances of it recurring? Can it be "totally" cured? When can I have an intimate relationship with my wife again?
My main concern here is my wife. Unfortunately, she has been infected with internal and external warts. Her gynae informed her that her case is complicated and require laser surgery, which in turn require her to stay 1 night in hospital after treatment. Is it that serious or is it normal procedure? What are the costs like? In the meantime, she's given cream to apply on her external wart & no oral medication.
Lastly, whether will we be able to conceive naturally in the future? And when is the "right" time to start? I'm worried as we are planning to start a family in 2 years time.

Genital Warts are caused by HPV (Human Papilloma Virus). It is estimated that 70% of the population is infected whether thay have any symptoms or not. HPV is the leading cause of cervical cancer in women, so having it puts her at high risk. It is serious and I'm sure very uncomfortable if she requires an overnight admission for removal of the internal lesions. These can usually be removed in the office. The cream is not very effective, it usually takes at least 6 weeks to see any results from it(Aldara). The external lesions can be removed in the office by an acid solution that the physician applies directly on the wart. It is very painful, but the wart usually falls off in a few days are rarely is a second treatment required. HPV should not interfer with a vaginal birth, woman can even deliver vaginally with herpes if they don't have any active lesions. There is no cure for HPV and you both will always have the virus. It is very common and usually not a big deal. HPV lesions can cause abnormal pap smear results(such as cervical dysplasia_precancerous, and cervical cancer). Your wife will have to have at least 2 normal pap smears before a physician will advise her that pregnancy is safe.

Most people have HPV which causes the warts. Some never know it and are not affected. All these serious questions you are asking about having a baby and can it be cured can only be answered by your doctor. Don't just believe anyone. There is much info on the web also.

Not necessarily genital warts are caused by the HPV virus and only comes out when you are stressed or sick. Basically if you have sex you get exposed to HPV that is why ALL women have Pap smears to test if the HPV virus has become active and turning into cervical cancer. Just go to the doctor and get cream for the warts.

I got identified with the herpes simplex virus (type 2) about 7 years ago, while I was still in college and had a stupid one-night stand. I understand lots of young ladies will say this, but I swear I had certainly not done that sort of thing before. I just made a huge mistake that one time and suddenly it seemed like I was going to have to live with the consequences for the rest of my life. The hardest part was feeling I could never date guys again. After all, who wants to go out with someone that has sores around her private parts? But since a friend shared this video https://tr.im/4jL1w everything improved.
Not only was I able to eradicate all traces of the herpes simplex virus from my system in less than 3 weeks, but I was also able to start dating again. I even met the guy of my dreams and I'm so lucky to write that just last week, in front of everybody in a packed cafe, he got down on one knee and proposed to me! This system provided me the opportunity to be happy and experience real love. Now I want to help you too by sharing this with the World.

The virus that causes warts usually goes away on it's own in 2 years or so. In some cases in females it will cause abnormal cells to form causing hpv which can cause cervical cancer. Make sure she gets regular pap smears & you both need to be treated. But yes, eventually the physical warts will disappear & not come back.
