I think this is different from kung pao chicken. The dish I'm speaking of is a stir fry -- no breading, nothing deep fried. Also, no rice. Thanks.

Alas there is still oil in the dressing and stir fry is done in oil too, so it totally depends who is making it that night !
Best to get yourself the recipe and look up the calorie listings for each ingredient, especially in the sauce !
