urine tests are not acurate on some .std,s as well . you need to get blood tests as well swab tested to show a better result on which . std. you are looking for . in my opion?

It depends on the type of test and what STD you are checking for.
Some hospitals and doctors offices have a exam that can be run on urine to check for GC and chlamydia. Other exams need a sample of discharge or cells from the vagina or penis.
As far as accuracy, it's hard to say without more info. Sorry!

A early morning urine test is the most accurate and better in men. But usually it is screening for chylmadia or gonorrhea. IF you want more through testing for STDs you will need a blood test for hep B, syphillis, HIV. A better test is a urethal swab for men or a cervical swab in women.
