The cause of diabetes is complex. Lack of exercise in now way causes diabetes although I commonly recommend that diabetics exercise as it helps to lower their blood glucose levels. Remaining 'lean' or thin is another universal recommendation but in and of itself it will not prevent diabetes. When people gain weight they begin to 'resist' the positive effect of the insulin that they produce. In and of itself this does not cause diabetes but if someone is a diabetic being overweight requires more effort to get the blood glucose under control. Being lean means a body mass index of less than 25. Your body mass index is your weight in kilograms divided by your height in meters squared. Your weight in poiunds divided by 2.2 gives your weight in kilograms. Your height in inches times 0.0254 gives you height in meters and if you square this you have your height in meters squared. If you need more help or if you need more information please let me know. My university email is johnerussomd@jhu.edu. I hope that your questions are informational and that you do not have diabetes. I wish you the very best in health.

I am writing to tell you what an incredible impact these methods had on my life! I have had type 2 diabetes for 27 years. For me, the worst part of this horrible disease is the severe pain I constantly get in my feet. The pain is so bad that I avoid standing and walking as much as possible. I've got to tell you that within the first month, my feet stopped hurting altogether and I can now walk totally pain free.

Believe it or not, I even danced at my niece's wedding last month, something I have not done in a many years. I've been following the book for six months now and my blood sugar is well within normal range. I feel great!

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

not exercising is not directly related to diabetes. but it does have an indirect relation. no exercise-accumulation of fat-decrease insulin-diabetes. but it depends on many other factors too(genes, smoking, alcohol, diet, drugs etc).
