Ok I haven't engaged in any sexual activity at all in my life... but I have these bumps around the base of my penis head... I've had these for months now and I just shrugged it off as nothing. But in the last couple days the spot at the end of my tailbone, right above my anus has began to itch like crazy... so much that it hurts and I almost cry... I've tried to look in the mirror and I can see swollen red bumps. Today my testicles and penis have began to itch and burn... as well as my actual anus... all the while the spot on my tailbone is becoming worse and worse. It's maddening... I can barely take it... I feel like killing myself to end the pain. My scalp is beginning to itch as well as my eyes, and various other parts of my body. I'm afraid of what's happening to me, and there's no way to go to the doctor... It's 3:30 am here right now and I live in a small town. The doctor is closed over the weekend. The closest hospital is almost 2 hours away... and I have no way to get there.

yeah, I've never had sex before and i got chlamydia, which seems impossible because that is supposed to be only transmitted through sex. there are some stds you can get from public toilets and stuff too.
i'd say go to a doctor.

Sounds much more likely to be an allergic reaction to something than an STD but pls see a doctor because he knows how to tell the difference. In the meantime a medication such as Benadryl or even washing with baking soda should help with the itch. Good luck.

It sounds like jock itch. If their is a 24 pharmacy by you go. or it could be another type of rash. Try Gold bond for now. I highly recommend seeing a doctor.

An STD does not unfolded of your balls to your scalp. possibly you're having an allergic reaction to a minimum of a few thing you ate. you could no longer capture an STD without enticing in sexual activities. the two that or you do have an STD, CRABS!!!!!
