Maybe make a fun punch? You can mix all sorts of flavored juices together, and then make it look really cool, by floating slices of fruits on the top, and scoops of vanilla ice cream or fruit flavored sherberts! It'll be really yummy, and super easy to make.

Cannoli Dip-----this is soo easy and soo good.
One 8oz. cream cheese, softened
one stick of butter, that's half a cup, softened
1/4 tbsp of vanilla extract
4 tbsp light brown sugar
1 cup confectioners sugar
3/4 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
With a hand blender cream the butter and cream cheese together, then the 2 sugars and vanilla. Now by hand fold in the choc. chips. This is served with Graham crackers. Some brand makes these little finger sized ones that are the best for this dip. I usually put the dip in the freezer for a few hours before to set up.

To eat, you could make bacon wrapped water chestnuts.
Recipe (#2) from One Million Recipes, Appetizers

WATER CHESTNUT WRAPPED WITH BACON

1 lb. bacon
4 cans whole water chestnuts
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. brown sugar

Cut bacon in thirds. Wrap a strip of bacon around a water chestnut and poke a flat toothpick through the bacon and water chestnut. Continue wrapping water chestnuts with bacon until finished. Place each water chestnut that has been wrapped on broiler pan. Cook until bacon is crisp. Mix soy sauce and brown sugar together in bowl. Place each water chestnut with bacon in sauce and marinate for a couple of seconds. Serve hot. Serves 10.

I know of a good dip for crackers. If you have ever had ham rolls its the same thing just mixed up in a bow. 2 pks cream chees, 1 pkg of cubed ham (smaller cubes) and some green onion cut up. Let the cream cheese get soft - then mix all together and get your crackers out.

What about those paper snowflakes they take about 1 minute each, you can do loads of patterns to decorate the place or buy some candy canes or fake snow! Or you could do mince pies or roasted chestnuts!
Hope this helps
Have a good party!
