You have herpes. Accept it and get educated. You may never have outbreaks but as long as the virus is in your body you can pass it to other people.
Here's a good site for information and support. These people helped me a lot after I was diagnosed.

A large number of people that have been exposed to herpes never show outward signs (blisters etc) That does not mean that you cannot spread the disease. Herpes is a virus and never goes away. The virus lays dorment and when the body is under stress or compromised, it sometimes will reveal itself.
Herpes is not the end of the world. About 25% of the american population has herpes, many do not even know it. Consider yourself lucky that you KNOW you have been exposed and know what to look for. Hang in there!

My best friend has had genital herpes for about eight months now, and it's been really rough. She's had about 7 outbreaks. Everywhere I read it says it stops flaring up so much after time, but its not getting less frequent for her. She's been on Antiviral meds the whole time, too. She also has type 1 diabetes which she has had her whole life, which really weakens her immune system. Will it ever get better?
But after a friend share this video everything has changed.

Herpes can remain dormant for a long time, and breakouts are unpredictable. You can have herpes, and be contagious, without apparent blisters. Take precautions for your partner's sake.

Many people with herpes never have an outbreak. Only about 20 percent do.
If no outbreak, then do nothing. If you have outbreak, go see a doctor about valtrex prescription.

Herpes can 'hide' in your system for years. If you don't have any blisters in the next 3 years you can go back to having unprotected sex.
