Have you got lice or scabies?
I'm not sure that what you are describing is necessarily a sexually transmitted disease.
You could try a few simple things like taking paracetamol/acetaminophen and seeing what you might have about the house to help the itch. Things that might help would include:
Pine Tar - for a bath
Phenergan - or any other antihistamine
Calomine Lotion - apply to affected areas
If you are really in dire straits, then call a taxi and go to the hospital.

I think you are having an allergic reaction to something or you may have some type of parasite. Maybe scabies? Do you have a pet? Maybe you have fleas biting you. Can you get to a store and get some anti-itch cream and/or anti-allergy pills? Get to the doctor as soon as possible. I bet it's not an STD but you really need to get some relief from the itching.

I have no idea of what is happening to you, but I can assure you that you do not have an STD! STD's are only contracted thru sex. Some infectious diseases can be contracted from inproper bathin, unsanitary washroom facilities, dirty hands. Are you circumcised? If not, you should be! It is never too late. Also I would recommend you take a warm bath, and put "bath crystals" in the water, you can buy them at any Drug Store, buy the store brand name, its cheaper. Also get a bottle of "Calamine" lotion and use only a "non-perfume" soap. Apply the Calamine lotion to all the affected areas. When you doctor is available, go see him. I think it could be one of the following: allergic reaction to a facbric/soap/food. Don't panic, it only makes it worse. Good Luck and Merry Christmas.

Get up to Wal-Mart or the nearest drug store. Get some Hydrocortosone Creme 0.01% for now this may have to have the dose repeated because it's not real strong but it may do in a pinch.
If you know anyone around the has eczema see them. Ask if they have any cream and if they'd give you some until you can get to a doctor.
