A full blood count is not a good way to see if there are any liver problems ...

However

Chronic liver disease can be manifest as an anaemia (normocytic)
Low platelets are rarely (but sometimes) a part of the HELLP syndrome
Some infections that affect the liver can produce abnormalities of the white cell count.

However, to look for liver problems you would want to do a different set of tests "Liver Function Tests" and possibly look at coagulation studies as well.
