It depends, some of them are definately bony, but i have also met some that are fat (I thought they were sneaking in a burger or two per day and lying about it). But if they are yellow they must not be using supplements

I am a vegetarian and I am certainly not yellow and weedy lol, I feel great and have a healthy skin color, normal weight, rairly get sick or colds. Been vegetarian for 7 years, and working on going vegan now. Its probably the best thing I culd have done for myself.

Can't speak for all of us, but I have a nice rosy skin tone and a good complexion. I look and feel better than I have since I was little.
