The best advice would be to go to your DR. or closest ER and have your self checked to see if you are a diabetic or not. If you are then they can figure out if it is type 1 or type 2 diabetes and prescribe the right medication for you. You do not say how high the blood sugar is. Some important considerations are is this first time you hacve seen a rise in your blood sugar?, How did you find that you had increased blood sugar levels? What type of symptoms are you having?, When was last the last time you ate in relation to checking your blood sugar? These are important facts that require checking.

Exercise!!! When my blood sugar gets too hight I take a brisk walk or get on my stair stepper. Like yesterday I got up to 256 and I got on my stair stepper for half an hour and lowered it to 160 and an hour later it was 85. I don't understand why no one else suggested this. I have been keeping my sugars down by exercising for over three years now. Not just when they get too high, but on a regular basis. I am on Actos, metformin and lantus. It works, exercise, burn up that glucose. It also helps open up your cells to the glucose if you are insulin resistant.

I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.

I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

the fastest way is intravenous insulin which should only be given by a health care professional.

subcutaneous insulin will lower blood sugar at a slower speed and the capillary glucose should be rechecked after administration with repeat dose if necessary.

Please consult your doctor if in doubt.

Pass lots of water. That is, drink lots and pee lots.
If you are type 1, then insulin is best.
If you are type 2, then ask your doctor about Avandia. It's expensive but it works perfectly. Most type 2 diabetics can lead a normal life with an almost normal diet using Avandia and Metformin.
