This was a question that was asked by one of my friends but I do not know the answer. "You know how you get a shot and they give you the flu so your immune to it, if they give you a shot for STD's doesn't that mean that you have STD's in your body." In a sense I kind of got what she was saying but I could answer it to my fullest. Thanks for the help.

i believe you're talking about a hormone shot that increases the bodies ability to fight off certain types of std's.it's only given to women though who are at a higher risk of infections.i forget what it is but,yes i do know what she's talking about.

there isnt no such thing as a shot to help you from getting. a . std whoever told you that is well better read up more on it aflu. shot is to help during the . flu. season . but as far as getting a shot for . std. no such shot like that . my opion?

i think that it does not have a shot call the STD Shot but if your friend has said that "she has gotten a shot for STD i thank she have have STD" but i know there is no such thing as a STD Shot...
