I am in the process of getting health insurance, but until it kicks in, I need advice on what to eat, and what to stay away from. Every time I eat, I get very ill. I get nauseated, cramps, rapid heartbeat, and everything starts spinning. I usually fall asleep. I am 23, so I didnt think of diabetes, but I guess its possible. Iv'e also researched celiac disease, low blood sugar, high blood pressure etc. They all seem relevant. I know I shoudnt eat alot, but I feel starved constantly!!! I eat non stop day and night. I am 5ft 6in,and 130lbs. I have had 3 kids who were very low birth weight and very ill. Without money, what can I do? What should I eat? I have constant stomach pain. I always feel like I could vomit at any minute. I sleep soooo much. I nap very frequently and hear nothing when I sleep. I take a multi vitamin b/c I thought I could be so hungry if I was defencient. I eat until I vomit, but I am still starving. My weight stays the same since the birth of my youngest. Thyroid?

To me it sounds like you could be pregnant again..The symptoms you talk about: Constant eating and being nauseated and vomiting..Those sounds like the symptoms of pregnancy...See your doctor immediately...Also about not having enough money for food...Look in the yellow pages for your nearest department of human services...The place where you apply for welfare and see if you can apply for food stamps. That should help you out on the eating part.

I agree you need to see a doctor now, and not later. Since it seems that your symptoms (and WHAT they are) seem to be strongly correlated to when you eat, I actually have to strongly agree with the possibility of Celiac. Hypoglycemia and Type 1 diabetes could also be possibilities.

Have you any significant medical personal or family history? How long has this been going on? What other symptoms do you have?

Please see a doctor ASAP.

I agree that one of the possibilities is celiac. There's a good message board at http://www.glutenfreeforum.com .

BUT, you really do need to see a doctor. Some doctors aren't aware how common celiac disease is, so I would recommend bringing printing out information from one of these sources.

Here's a webpage by the National Institutes of Health on celiac -
http://digestive.niddk.nih.gov/ddiseases/pubs/celiac/

And another from the Mayo Clinic -

http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/celiac-disease/DS00319

But really, you do need to see a doctor.

You need to see a doctor immediately. The a dozen things that could be going on here. None of them good. Find a hospital that has a free clinic and get going.

You need to seek medical help immediately. Try to find a free clinic, or someone who will see you without insurance. This could be a number of serious conditions. Don't second guess it.
