usually just boil them with gizzards to make stock for gravy...

You have to boil water then put the neckbone in for 4 to 15 mins and let it cook.

I sprinkle some soy sauce over them and roast them in the oven until they are cooked through - at 375 for about half an hour or so.

I cook them until the meat falls off the bones. I add garlic salt and Accent seasoning to the water. I wait until they are done then add them to sauerkraut with a little bit of sugar in it, mashed potatoes. Very tasty.

wash them really good boil for a few minutes. when all the blood boil out pour off water add more water. salt and peeper to taste boil until they start to fall off the bones and enjoy. :-) try not to lick off your fingers when eating

i usually sprinkle some salt,pepper and whiskey..and smoke it..its very good..it actually goes well with smashed carrots and spinach...ohh yuh dont forget the fish sauce

Boil them, it takes about an hour or more. (very good with potatoes and cornbread)
