Yes, if you don't get help for them, over time your whole body will just go down hill. Anxiety is a form of stress, stress is very, very bad for your heart, muscles and whole body. When people have heart attacks they sometimes feel like their chest is heavy. Stress, I think, is more dangerous than smoking. It causes weight gain, and everything else you can think of. It is one of the worst things I think of for causing health problems.

If you're asking if the shortness of breath, etc. can be part of an anxiety attack - the answer is absolutely yes. It's easy to understand why lots of people go to the ER when they're having a panic attack - they think they're having a heart attack.

Therapy is very successful with panic/anxiety attacks. Medication can be useful, too, but some of it is very addictive so if you're thinking of medication, consider using it in combination with some talk therapy.

I wasn't able to find one source that agrees with your statement. The closes it come is that via a certain protein in the eye we might be able to see them(magnetic fields). The belief is it may have been something we needed for survival in the distant past but is no longer necessary. Some articles seemed to believe that magnetic fields can cause problems with short term memory and speech. Some of those articles started out fine but soon went on to be nothing but made up trash.

My psychologist told me that if there was actually something physically wrong with me, I wouldn't have panic attacks. It doesn't make sense, but yet it does. Basically, you're healthy. I get panic attacks too and feel like my heart is going to stop, I can't breathe, and my head is going to explode. But it's your nerves reacting, nothing more.

It will do you good to check with your Doctor. You describe the symptoms of heart disease.

Anxiety can cause physical problems that affect the organs of heart and kidney with hypertension and can show up blood in the urine.

Get a health check real soon.

yes!! this is a classic symptom of Panic disorder. Usually it presents in your 20s, it suddenly presents and symptoms peak in 10 minutes..pretty much you feel like your having a heart attack, nervous, anxious, "feel like your dying"
See the doctor if any of these symptoms sound familiar. He'll probably prescribe you SSRIs. good luck!
