Yes and also a bladder infecion. Please see a doctor right away and be checked. Gonorrhea can cause severe pelvic inflammatory disease and make you infertile.I'm sure you knoww it's extremely contagious. Drink cranberry juice every day ad you will see your bladder infections decrease. God. Bless. Merry Christ'mass.

Your symptoms could the result of an STD such as gonorrhea, a UTI or even an inflammation/infection of some part of your reproductive system and you may already know if you've been exposed to an STD. It is something you need to have examined by your primary health care provider. You may not be able to treat this with cranberry juice. Better safe than sorry.
FYI: I think "Wonder Woman" didn't realize when she mentioned pelvic inflammatory disease that you're a man and not a woman.

I could be a urinary tract infection or one of several STDs. You need to see your doctor and get tested.
