sure you can, just be sure to know that if you KNOW you have heart problems you might end up having surgery in the future and then it could mess up the tattoo.

Technically they're tattooing your skin, the needle isn't actually going all the way down through your cage and into your heart! BUt the pain associated with the tatoo might do the trick, and maybe not, depending on your tolerance for pain.......ask your doctor first if you truly are that worried..... doc would have the best answer...

I'm sure you could get one reasonably safely,but just remember,

You can get Hepatitus C from dirty tattoo needles.

My 17 year old nephew learned the hard way.

He is a cancer survivor & he now has Hep C

form an unqualified tattoo artist.

So,If it were me,and I had some type of pre-existing condition,I would refrain from going under the needle.

would make sure the place is reputable and uses clean needles for each person...a person wouldnt want the risk of developing an infection from non sterile equiptment

I wouldn't suggest over the chest if you had a defibrillator implanted.

wow I wouldnt..anything that lends itself to infection can affect your heart..why take the risk
