No, not necessarily. It is very difficult for some women to have an orgasm, and that is completely normal. Once you figure out your body, it should get easier for you to have an orgasm. And let me tell you, it is completely worth it. Try masturbation, maybe with a vibrator. Or during sex, try getting on top to fulfill your own desires on how hard, soft, fast, or slow you may need in order to obtain your orgasm. But no, do not blame it on an STD. HIV is located throughout the entire body, not just in the vagina.

If someone has HIV, it is in their entire body.. Even the vaginal fluids would be infected. Has nothing to do with having an orgasm or not. The virus would still be there.

Better to use a condom to be safe.. no matter what.

Yes...it's in the vagina and thru out the body and the transmission of HIV is no way at all tied to an Orgasm...EVER.

Don't be so foolish! She is not having an "organism" because of you, if you are her sexual partner. Learn the physiology of your woman and the "climate" will be rewarding for both of you. Your question leaves me with only one more thing to tell you "both", go and get tested NOW - and read - you obviously know nothing of the HIV/AIDS virus and that can Kill you Both.

YES! The vagina is moist from fluids associated with it... fluids transfer HIV...so, you fool around with a woman who has it, then your most likely to catch it!

Wear a condom to give you "some" protection, but, not always... Remember, kissing exchanges fluids at times too...

I wish you well..
