They do have whats called a dental dam. If they have herpes it can be transmitted....or if they have some other disease like AIDS or Hep C, it can be transmitted thru blood, if you have a cut or something in your mouth and it directly transfuses that way it can be spread to you. I guess if you dont trust someone then use a dental dam...you can get them at stockroom.com

You can use protection, it's called a dental dam. You should but you should also be careful of who you are having for a snack. Not everyone should be an appetizer. There are a few diseases that can be obtained through that also.

yes, herpes can be spread and also thrush.
you can buy a thing that's rectangle and made from latex but i cant remember the name of it...try your local adult shop, they'll know.
