I stupidly had a friend pop my back then when I got up I was fine.
Later that night I started noticing I had shortness of breath .it freaked me out at first becuase I thought I was having heart palipatations. Then the next day I felt pressure on my sternum and and in between my shoulder blades .When I stretch a certin way I get sharp shooting pains down my arms and down my legs but only on my left side. I have been feeling lighthead but I've been checking my blood pressure and it is normal. I wrapped my rib cage and it does feel a little better but I'm still getting weird pressure in my sternum. My spine feels out . But its been almost a week now. I don't have insurance so I don't want to go to the hospital unless it is nessasary..
Does it sound serious?

First never let anybody "pop" your back or any part of your body, they could cause some serious damage. Your shortness of breath could be caused by a rib that your friend may have pushed out of place. I would recommend seeing a Chiropractor. They specialize on the spine(skeletal system). Often times you can get on a sliding scale, or even a payment plan. A chiropractor is often less expensive than going to a regular MD and the good news is every Chiropractor I know will send you to the appropriate doctor if your problem needs to be checked by a different specialist.

Although it may not sound serious right now, the longer you take to correct the problem the more serious it gets. Because if your spine has been pushed out of place right now your vertebrae is currently pinching your nerves and the "spung like" stuff between your vertibrae. And over time that will wear out and cause some serious problems.

Another thing a lot of Chiropractors do as well, is there is a program out there called PCD, it's $30 a year I believe and this allows the chiropractor to charge you less for an appointment.

I recommend you start calling around, even if you can't pay them right away many are willing to work with you and set you on a small payment plan.

A first visit is usually no more than $150-200, and often times they are under $100. Once you become an established patient, visits will range $30-50. One thing I can say is you can't put a price on health, but I'm all about prevention and I know that by making a few phone calls you will find somebody to help you.

Just a word of caution, do not allow any other doctor work on your spine. Chiropractors go to college for the same amount of time as a regular MD, the only difference is after the first 4 years of med, they all go off into their specialty.

Good luck and be well!

You need to be cahcked out by a doctor. Most hospitals have funding for patients without insurance or can help you, through the social services department get in touch with your State's medical aide program (such as Access in Arizona, Medical in California or Medicaid in many other states). You NEED medical
attention.

Any web site you go to will tell you to go to a doctor. You could end up paralyzed over something like this. If you don't feel you can afford a doctor, see a Chiropractor. Nothing can tell for sure without x-rays of the problem area.

You could have a broken rib. You need to see a doctor. Go to the health department. If they can not help go to emergency room. They will let you make payments and some have funds for people who can not afford it.

As a ways as I had been informed they aren't meant to mention how correct the intercourse of the little one is as this may end up in a clinic or medical professional being sued. No technician is meant to mention one hundred% that it is a little one they're handiest meant to mention 50% threat because the umbilical twine or whatever else is probably not giving a transparent image at the intercourse of the little one. I did not desire to grasp the intercourse as I simply desired it to be healthful and completely happy whether or not it used to be a little one.

Surely there is a nurses hotline in your area that you could call free of charge. Isn't there a free clinic in your town?

wanting to avoid hospital bills, you may see a cheaper expert and that is a physical therapist to twist your body in order to get in right places your sprain muscles.
