You are mistaken, sir. India houses one of the largest populations of people with HIV - around 5 million people.
It is true that chances of getting HIV when you and your partner have been each others' ONLY partners, HIV transmission is next to nothing. It could then only be passed on if one of the people in the couple got it from a blood transfusion, or were born with it.
Most unexpected sexual instances of HIV are going to come from premarital sex from one partner, or extra marital affairs from one partner. It seems hard to believe, but plenty of people lie going into relationships about their sexual past.
It is always best to have each partner tested for HIV before engaging in sexual acts with one another.

In all fairness use of condom is the answer to make sex safe, to be sure that STD is not contacted. Propagating use of condom is not at all promoting any of the three or all of them. Because sex is a biological need, every human, whether married or unmarried, will need to have it. The 'oldest profession' still exists because there have been men soliciting it. No legislation can stop people having sex with own partner or other willing partners. So why not use precaution??

GREAT Thinking !
A rare tap on the brains to x-ray everyones own personal HABITS and Lifestyle on the stage and behind the screens too,
But
Lets speak about Male & Female CONDOMS
1
It is only to control the spread among the (SPOUSES) disease by people who are not aware that they have the virus
2
and also to control them, who are aware of the virus in them and are careless about others lives (SPOUSES)
A BIG "NO"
It should be Strictly AVOIDED to entertain or encourage premartial or extramartial affairs
Gentleman
You are absolutely right that FREE distribution among Teens and youth makes them try on that, as nothng is left unused given for FREE, So, there is no possibility to check or keep restrictions who is given How Where When Why Its not possible at all
IF
If the Question arises that one of the SPOUSE is carrying STD then it is safe to keep the relation healthy temporarily with these C's use
IMPORTANT
Use of C's is strictly mandatory to people with some kind of STD to avoid the spread of the disease Hence, distribution is also to STOP the illetrates and careless humans,
The Solution to all the mess is SIMPLE
One LIFE, One long life, One Healthy Life ?
One Fiance, One Life partner, One thought, One Soul, One cause, One Trust, One Faith,
If everyone just Simply safegaurd and value the Customs & Traditions of ancestors in modern life too (India)
Is this viable?

Condoms are virtually one hundred% useful hostile to HIV even as used perfect, and each and each and every of the time. That 89% statistic is a level of the style of human beings over the technique a 365 days who get pregnant and who say that condoms are their prefered decision of birth control. with techniques from that degree, abstinence isn't so useful both (what number of human beings did you comprehend who've had sex after claiming to be abstinent?). Unexpired, perfect saved condoms do not fail. human beings fail with techniques from not wearing them, not putting them on quickly adequate, or not putting them on perfect. Watch those greasy fingers!

Seriously, if you are involved in a long term relationship (married) then why use a condom?
