Pan de Jamon:It's a special bread you can eat all year round... but
Xmas and New Year is a must. A flat layer of dough covered with nice ham slices, olives, raisins, eventually some orange preserve spread, then rolled, baked and Voila! It's better the one from Panaderia Punta del Sol or Cueva de Iria in Santa Eduvigis Caracas Bon appetite!

Pabellon Criollo, or Creole Flag, is Venezuela's national dish and no visit to this South American country will be complete unless you try it. This flavorful dish consists of shredded flank steak, black beans, rice, plantains or bananas, onions, tomatoes, and spices.
It's very "Cuban", ironically!
Have a fine trip!

The Beatles: chocolate. Chocolate is loved by all (nicely a minimum of maximum). It is provided in various of differing kinds and varieties, like the music of the beatles that's somewhat different and exciting. Chocolate can make me chuffed at any time the picture of listening to an excellent beatles music. Chocolate is eye-catching...the picture of john lennon (haha). Chocolate has been and continually stands out because the purely right sweet/dessert ever and the beatles will continually be the finest rock band of all time.

They make a fry-bread called arepas, these are stuffed with different meat or cheese fillings, very well seasoned. They are a snack food and I love them. Try bistek encebollada, steak with onions. Latin American food is great. I live in Puerto Rico, lucky me!
