They are a family recipe. I've NEVER heard of anyone else that knows of them and I was curious if anyone else has ever heard of them? They're a stuffed noodle stuffed with minced veal heart stuffing - made with grated parmesean, and bread crumbs... they're served in a chicken broth/soup with homemade noodles?
Dispite how odd the ingredients sound - they are SOOO good!! Alot of work, but REALLY good!!
