my name is Elvira, i am 15, and when i sleep i cannot breathe. i wake up in the middle of the night and feel dizzy and when i open my eyes every thing i see is white for a few seconds even if the room is dark. and as soon as i go back to sleep a few seconds after i start to go BAM! i stop breatheing again.(take Note Im Not Obease Or Over Weight) this happened again last night and when i woke up form not breatheing this time i put my hand on my chest and my heart was not beating at all i had to hit my chest a few times and when i stood up i collapsed to the floor. at first every one told me it was happening because i was stressed becasue alot of my friends commited suicide over the years and so did my boyfriend jussi.but i never had problems with sleep and breathing untill recently and it makes me sad also im wondering if drinking blood is bad to do and that could cause it because i practice vampireism and drank some of my friend bridgets blood a month ago

If your surgeon says you can get both done, did he mean at the same time?? If so get 'em both done together! You'll have some post-operative swelling and discomfort from both prodcedures. Check in with your surgeon as to recovery time and which surgery would interfere less with your October trip. Congratulations on the weight loss, that's a very tough thing to do!

sounds like sleep apnea i have it.. you need to see your dr so he can set up a sleep test.. its easy you just go to sleep normally and they monitor you sleeping. your hooked up to lots of sticky things with wires all over ya but it dont get in the way of sleeping.. they found out i stopped breathing 8 times a hour.. and no you do not have to be heavy to have it.. it can happen to anyone.. its caused from not getting enough air in your lungs when you breathe when your asleep. i have the Cpac now and i sleep like a baby again.. headaches gone, stress level went down.. wake up feeling good again and not tired all day.. it can be life changing once you know what it is.. and its well worth it... good luck

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE SHOULD YOU EVER DRINK SOMEONE ELSE'S BLOOD. I really don't care what you practice, and I don't care how close of friends you are with someone, never drink blood! See a doctor or a school counselor to see about some treatments for stress.
