I don't know if these are rated or not. As well, any such rating are largely based on individual taste, and that may not match your own.
But the link that I am listing is a worldwide guide to vegetarian dining.
You can also check for a local vegetarian association and ask for suggestions.

I'm going to move there next summer and I'm a vegetarian too. I don't think there will be actaully vegetarian restaurants, but it's a universty town so I bet there will be a lot of restaurants where you can order veg things.

I haven't lived there in a few years, but all the good ones used to be within walking distance of campus. I Love that town!
