First of all: Eat good food. Fruits and vegetables everyday if you can. They contain the vitamins and nutrients you need to be healthy.
For an extra boost try echinatia (sp). It is suppose to be great. I like melaluca (sp) oil and eucalyptus oil for a boost too. You can put a few drops of each into a bottle of water and spray it in the room. It freshens the room and as you breath it in, it is suppose to help you boost your immune system.

Check out the link I found for a list of foods that are really good for you.

Vitamin D, B-12, green leafy vegetables, some steamed veggies and a good diet with lots of cardio. Don't touch ECCINACEA unless you already know your immune system is OK, if you have a depleted immune system from std's or advanced HIV it can severely compromise your immune system worse.Talk to a nutritionist.Usually free at the local clinic.

There are products out there to help boost your immunity but the number one immune booster is sleep. Get lots of it whenever you're dealing with stress.

I agree with the other answers: good multivitamin, balanced diet and exercise, and garlic. People have been using garlic for thousands of years to help build immunity. You can get deodorized garlic at pharmacies and/or health-food stores.

to the people that said good diet, veggies, etc. and vitamins, I just want to add - go organic if you can. If you drink milk, just drink skim because most chemicals from pesticides, herbicides accumulate in fat.

Also, nobody mentioned sleep.

Dont forget to exercise.

No excessive drinking, drugs.

Dont smoke.
