Unless your a doctor or nurse, nothing much with the given scenario except to make sure they are breathing and their airway is clear. If their heart stops then you can start CPR otherwise they are in a bad spot.

recovery position and call for help. If the person is fainting because their heart rate is slowing down it may be necessary for them to get a pacemaker that will kick in when it drops to a certain heart rate and therefore stop their heart going to slow causing them to faint. It is important the person goes and gets this checked out. It can be prevented and the person can live a normal life with a pacemaker is needed.

Lay them in the recovery position. On their LEFT side with their LEFT arm folded so that their left hand is under their head. RIGHT knee bent and brought forward to keep the body from rolling forward, you as bystander should stay behind the person so if they puke it won't get on you. Talk to them and tell them everything will be okay. If they fainted and are okay no problems. To learn more take a first aide and CPR class.
