The bronchiolitis of infancy and early childhood is usually self-limiting; however, it is important to know if this is what it actually is diagnosed to be. If you have any symptoms of asthma, even wheezing or easy fatiguability with exertion, you should have a simple breath test done, specifically what is called peak expiratory volume. This is done with a Wright peak flow meter and is really easy to perform.

If you're having no symptoms but rather just bad memories--your own or someone else's--be encouraged by your lack of symptoms, if that is true. If true, put your burden down.

Yes Bronchiolitis is a childhood problem. However the damage to your lungs can linger for life. My son had it when he was only 3 months old following an RSV infection. He was sick for a long time after and still at over a year old gets sick at a drop of a hat.

You may have some obstructive properties to your breathing.. meaning that of a smoker at times.

but it is just a condition with children

My son had that when he was 4 months old and almost died ( I think it is a form of RSV respirtory synical virus) Well he is 6 now and everytime he get a cold it goes straight to his chest. My other kids will have head colds. Come to find out he is asthmatic. So I wonder if that is linked to asthma. He has been on and off nebulizers since he was 4 months old and sees a specialist. I think that Bronchilitis is pretty much for life. It is easier to catch a cold and the cold is more severe once you have had it. Talk to your doctor

are you saying Bronchitis?? well yes I get it every year as a matter of fact I am suffering through it right now for about a month now time to go to the doctor the only thing that is gonna make it go away is antibiotics. if you are a smoker it seems to make you get it every year. it is an upper respiratory infection of the bronchial tubes(branches) other irritants can cause it too.

My brother had the same thing and his colds and coughs since age 30 are easily contracted from others and he suffers more than his fair share.
Stay healthy and do what you can as far as preventive measures. Good Luck and Good Health!!!
