Not a chance. HIV is transmitted through body fluids, from one person to another, direct contact. Besides recycled water has been put through such a powerful cleaning process that any kind of bacteria has been eliminated.

You can only contract the virus:
1. Through sex
2. Blood transfusion
3. If your open wound is in direct contact with a person who is HIV positive's bodily fluids. e.g kissing this person when you have a bleeding tongue.

That is really the only way

HIV is a very weak virus outside of the host. It would be almost impossible to contract the virus this way.
