A peach
a banana
an apple (a red one it is better)
1/2 kiwi
40 gr. blackberries
40 gr. strawberries
milk (a small cup), or more milk if you like less density in the smoothie
40 gr.grapes
30 gr. water melon
Ice cubes (in small pieces, this will give a frozen texture, you might add it in the blender which will give you a regular cold drink or after, in which case you will have a different texture)
If you know kaki you can add one(it is a fruit from Japan) and it taste really nice.

Or if you cook the fruit in the oven for a couple of minutes before you add it the sugar which is in the fruit you will fell it more, and then with the fruit already cooked you can do a different smoothie.

Lets say you cook the fruit for 10 minutes at high temperature then you might put everything in a pot add some strong liquor then you cook it for a little while like 5 minutes more, then you put it in a blender, in this case you will have to add a lot of milk because this will be very suit, by try adding a little bit of milk at the beginning and then you can rectify it by putting more milk or water.

Try different options and see what is the one you like the most.

If you like it less suit you can put water instead of milk, but personally I would preffer milk.

If you don´t care about the calories add some cream, or try with butter, I never tried with butter, yes I tried with cream and it was very nice.

If you want it very suit add some ice-cream a tea spoon, like vanilla, but be careful with this you might not feel the taste of the fruits if you do so.

The secret about the smoothies is that you experiment with them, you mix as many fruits as you want, some fruits you can feel them more than others, so it is better to add less of some fruits if you want your smoothie to taste nice. Or some fruits are too acid like the pineapple but if you put more strawberries you can reach a balance.

Ok I hope it helps you

I love smoothies if you want to know more
