Here are some sites that can help you get the cream or lotion you need and since it is just a cream maybe you could go to the drug store and ask if they have any thing for it.♪
Treatment of vaginal warts will depend on the size of the wart. Smaller warts can be treated by applying medication to the infected area. Larger warts may need to be surgically removed or frozen off. After the vaginal wart is removed or goes away, more vaginal warts may appear. More vaginal warts may appear because the virus that created your body still lives in your body.

Please visit your nearest Genito-urinary medicine (GUM) clinic for treatment. The service is free and your name will be kept as confidential.
Genital Warts:
Genital warts (also known as venereal warts) are caused by a virus, the human papillomavirus (HPV).
Warts are found on or around the penis, anus or vagina.
They are small lumps which have an irregular cauliflower-like surface.
The colour and shape vary depending on their location. Sometimes the warts cause irritation and itching.
Genital warts are a serious health concern as certain types of HPV have been associated with cervical cancer.
However, most women infected with genital warts do not have the strains of HPV that give rise to cervical cancer.
Genital warts often disappear even without treatment. However, there are a range of drug treatments.
Small warts can also be removed by freezing, burning or using laser treatment.
Occasionally, surgery is used to remove larger warts.
Please see the web pages for more details and images on Genital warts.

What Are They? Genital warts are warts that are located near or in the genital areas. In a female, that means on or near the vulva (the outside genital area), vagina, cervix, or anus. In a male, that means near or on the penis, scrotum, or anus. Genital warts are caused by a group of viruses called HPV (short for human papillomavirus...The only surefire way to prevent genital warts is not to have sex. Teens who do have sex can get some protection by properly using a latex condom every time they have any form of sexual intercourse (vaginal, oral, or anal sex). Condoms may not give complete protection because the virus can spread from the areas of the genitals not covered by the condom. Condoms also reduce the risk of other sexually transmitted...there is no cure for hpv...vaginal warts.......

There is NOTHING, I mean NOTHING you can buy at a store, health food freak place...Please don't ignore this. Go to planned Parenthood. They will give you a teal green health card and this treatment will be FREE.
I was just there on Monday. I was diagnosed with uterine cancer because of this STD. Now, there are a few different kinds, some just cause the warts, still dangerous, and some cause abnormal pap and cancer. BUT you don't know till you go. Please don't ignore this..I have to have a Hysterectomy, and I have never had any babies... please call the 800 operator and ask for Planned Parenthood.

I don not know of anything available over the counter. You might try a free clinic in your area, they will help or guide you to somewhere that can. Good luck, and dont wait to be treated.

I have never heard of an over-the-counter way to get rid of herpes. See a doctor and get a prescription.
