I have been to two doctors both whom say my heart is in excellent shape.Perfect pulse rate ,perfect pulse and my blood pressure is great.I am in good shape.I am perfect weight but when I eat I get gas and I have what seems to be missed beats. When I get really nervous and anxious my heart seems to go crazy. We had dinner the other night with a friend that is a head nurse for a hospital for 30 years. She checked my pulse and what seemed to me to be missing so many beats and being irratiac she said felt perfect rythem and rate and she felt only one missed beat when i turned and looked at her .She is a personal friend and we are around each other alot and she seems to be aware of how im feeling whether I tell her or not.She said that there was absolutely nothing wrong with me that a project wouldnt take care of.She said that everyones heart misses beats and its normal and aggrivated with anxiety. She told me to calm down and it would stop.It did stop after they left at least not but a few.

I suppose although she is a friend I always feel as though im going to the doctor when I see her which makes me nervous too so maybe I was just upset which gave me alot of gas which caused it to push up against my heart. She is a great nurse and would never walk away from someone that was really ill ,I believe her, should I worry?

It's normal

You need to address your anxiety issues.

Two doctors and your good friend who would not lie to you (who is a nurse and knows how to check a pulse) are telling you that your heart is okay.

Go sort out your head.

Yes you can worry, but at least worry about the RIGHT thing. Don't worry about the thing you DON'T have. Worry about the thing you DO have and go to get it sorted.

There is often tachycardia, that's an sped up heartbeat. A %often is threat loose in ninety% of folk, and no one incredibly knows what reasons it, or if there is greater desirable than one reason. they are not linked with an larger threat of coronary heart affliction. although, that's proper to those with out previous history of coronary heart affliction, no longer YOU!!. i believe that's completely atypical for you and that except your coronary heart professional warned you that this might ensue, you would be able to desire to get off solutions NOW and contact your coronary heart professional ideal now, no count what the time is the place you reside. I even have p.c.. all the time and am no longer demanding, yet i've got under no circumstances had a coronary heart attack. pass NOW!!!

yeah i get them all the time too. about 5-10% of the population gets them to the point that theyre bothersome. if the doctors checked you out and you have a normal heart, then dont worry about them too much theyre pretty harmless. theyre scary if youve just started getting them recently, but after a while you get used to them and then they dont bother you so much anymore.

Yes my doctor said it's normal as well. I have to trust him as I assume they don't want to be sued!

You're probably a hypochondriac. See a therapist.
