not sure what you are actually asking. I recently found out I have lumbar scoliosis and a sixth lumbar vertebrae, which is a congenital abnormality.

scoliosis - "S" curvature in the spine
Lordosis - "C" Curve in the lower back
Kyphosis - Think 'hunchback'
