These are all symptoms of diabetes but without proper diagnoses I don't want to take a guess. Go see a doctor and they can run tests to determine if this is the case.
High Blood Glucose causes headaches, loss of energy, increased hunger (especially carbs), and many other symptoms...when your body doesn't produce enough insulin is can't process foods properly so the body compensates by sending signals of hunger or craving, but even if you eat it may not process the food properly enough to stop the cravings for long!
See a doctor right away, this can be dangerous if you do have diabetes and go untreated!

Even if you don't have Type 2 yet, you're well on your way!
Start eating more lean protein, cut out refined sugars and carbohydrates, and get some aerobic activity such as walking into your daily routine.
Add veggies, beans, brown rice, fish, and oatmeal to your diet. Cut out most items that come in a box or bag (i.e. crackers, chips, cookies, etc.) They are not only high in carbs, but high in trans fats, which promote inflammation, and may play a role in causing Type 2 diabetes.
If you have never done any exercise and severely overweight, see your doctor for a physical and an EKG prior to beginning any exercise plan.
You need to make changes before it's too late.
Good luck!

Sounds like you might be a carbohydrate addict, not necessarily diabetic. Eating too many carbs can make you crave carbs even more and this ties into your insulin production. I'm not an expert but I've had the same problem. The book "the carbohydrate addict diet" would be a good resource for you.

All of the carbs that you are eating could be making you sleepy. They have that effect on me.
Symptoms of diabetes:
If you do have symptoms of type 2 diabetes, they may include:
Feeling thirsty.
Having to urinate more than usual.
Feeling more hungry than usual.
Losing weight without trying to.
Feeling very tired.
Feeling cranky.
Other signs of type 2 diabetes may include:
Lots of infections and cuts and bruises that heal slowly.
Blurred vision.
Tingling or numbness in your hands or feet.
Lots of skin, gum, or bladder infection
Vaginal yeast infections (women)
If you have two or more of these symptoms...I would make an appointment with the Doctor.

Are you drinking the water because you have an insatiable thirst??? Are you going to the bathroom alot. Weight loss/ weight gain extreme?
Sounds like you just like to eat carbs. Lay off them. The high sugar content and your body's inability to break them down can lead to diabetes.
have your blood sugar tested.
