Is Ciprofloaxin effective in treating chlamidyia? I get conflicting answers... Please advise

According to the Johns Hopkins antibiotic guide, Cipro isn't recommended as a treatment regimen for chlamydia. A better choice would be azithromycin or doxycycline.

Cipro is the best broad spectrum antibiotic on the market. It is very effective and a very strong antibiotic for treating many different infections. Your doctor made a wise decision in my opinion! Good luck to you!

Cipro works wonders for ecoli but not sure about Clap.
