PERIPHERAL ARTERY DISEASE WITH ERYTHEMA. AKA poor circulation with redness/inflammation of the lower extremities. (not Vtach, that guy is talking cardiac!) High fever raises your heart rate. Sounds like you need some antibiotics, you may have cellulitis. I know in NJ, any ER is legally obligated to treat you as Charity Care if you do not have insurance. You can call your local ER or go to the local clinic in your area. 911 is not necessary at this point. Feel better.

I believe you should at least call the doctor or the "Nurse-Line" at a local hospital. Tell the hospital you have no insurance...and if you need to go to an ER, then after things calm down for you go to the financial office and ask for paperwork to apply for financial help. Your life is too important to worry about the money part right now. Good luck.

Arrhythmia could lead to v-tac and then to ventricular fribullation.
Your answer is cut and dry , the hell with insurance and the bills what good is worrying over them if your in a critical state,
Have a friend drive you to your local E.R. or call 911 asap. you life may depend on on the decision you make.

You will have a high pulse with a fever. If your fever is greater than 101.5 then I would seriously consider seeing a doctor especially if it's not comming down with tylenol or asprin.(by the way it's a lot cheaper to get an office visit than going to E.R.)
