Look, according to rules and ettiquettes you should have one dry/cold thing as starter , make it some sort of kebab , whichever u like maybe shami kebab or kahce keeme k kebab , then add on one gravy which if it is eid can nihari / paye / korma / or simply alo gosht too if u wish, then have one rice thing if u like milder things desi style have afghani pulao / simply plain pulao / zafrani biryani, if u like it hot have a normal bombay or sindhi biryani and add one side dish of keema any style aloo keema , matar keema or kareley keema .that's done with the main courses have one salad u may have as many as three one kachomar salad one with some cream or yoghurt and another fruity salad, and have a dessert which on eid-ul-adha should be light make a old style english trifle or in desi u can have kheer or firni because asit is lots of meat u need to keep it light easily digestible . and have a naan / roti too best of luck.

Most Eid-ul-Adha items are focused on meat. This meat at the centre of the Eid-ul-Adha menu is primarily the sacrificial meat of the Eid-ul-Adha ritual. By tradition, the Muslims give a part of the sacrificial meat to the poor on Eid-ul-Adha and share the rest with their friends and kins. Beef, of course, is the meat of choice ! You can go for a number of toothsome preparations with beef like the beef balls, beef kababs, beef rolls, beef biriyani, beef stew and many more. Shahi mutton Biriyanis, rice dishes, Afghani korma, meatballs followed by the sweet gulab jamuns are often an Eid-ul-Adha favorite among the Muslims. Another popular Eid-ul-Adha menu is the Ummah mix, which is based on recipes from around the Muslim world. This Ummah feast is an international feast of Eid-ul-Adha celebrations and is meant to bring closer Muslims from across the world. Different kinds of dishes from different origins are included in this Ummah menu.

I love Korma, and because it's mild, it should be a crowd pleaser, you could use chicken or veggies. Onion bahji's are also one of my favorite Indian treats. Trader Joe's sells poppadom chips that would be great served with raita and various chutneys.
