I don't know why i cannot digest western medicatio for diabete. Whenever i take these drug it hurts my digest or heart. I told my physician but he paid deaf ear to my coments.

I have heard that the "bitter gourd", an indian vegetable which looks like a pimply cucumber, can help very much with diabetes. Its taste is absolutely awful though, you might prefer the meds.
But be careful if you try any alternative medicine, be sure your sugar level is well controlled.

If there was a true herbal remedy I am sure every diabetic in the world would be on it. If you check at the health store they may be able to help you as I think there's a chromium one that will assist but you must ell your Dr again and again that you are having trouble with the presription, or go to another doctor. Be very careful with diabeties as it can cause a lot of problems, you must keep you weight and you sugar levels down at all times and get regular check ups. Exercise and don't smoke. Good luck

Have Fenugreek seeds - soak some seeds overnight and have it first thing early morning along with the water. It quite effective against diabetics. that has no side effects. You also get fenugreek capusles in the stores if you want to take tablets as eating raw seeds is quite bitter but i suggest the seeds are the best. Even Bitter groud is good for people having diabetics. My father-in-law used to eat them very often.

I do know of a remedy,but it is not herbal.It is a remedy using nutritional and food supplements.I have already mentioned that my father used this remedy from Mr.Giridhar in Chennai India and it was very very useful. please. don't take any harmful drugs or any medicines because they have harmful side effects take only ayurvedic medicines like dibacure or etc.u can buy them from tvs sky shoppe and one suggestion only for u took a plant of 'sadaabahaar' and take 1 or 2 flowers(white) daily u have to chew them .
