Ok, I checked the website for this product. I looked at the ingredients and didn't see anything special there. It's basically a flavored mix of fats, whey and sugars. It's also got bovine colostrum in it, interestingly enough. Colostrum is an early product created by female animals before milk production. It's antibody rich but has basically no nutritional value.

I would be concerned about heart problems after checking the nutritional information. This stuff is really high in potassium. Potassium is a necessary electrolyte, but if you get too much in your bloodstream it can cause heart problems. If you're young and your kidneys function well, this shouldn't be a huge problem, but why chance it? These types of products are very expensive, and they really don't work.

They have put a lot of work into making this junk sound really high tech and special, but there's nothing in it that you won't get from a well-balanced diet. In my years as an athlete, I tried all sorts of crap. Trust me, none of it really works.

I've never heard of Muscle Milk. Try the vanilla soy milk, unless you're allergic to soy, that is. LOW in fat.
