Any desert.

Try Namibia. That's where the great Kalahari Desert is.

Or try northern Africa, where the Saraha is.

Or Death Valley in California. Or beautiful Palm Springs, CA.

Anywhere the air is warm or hot, and there is no moisture, the air is clean and dry and there aren't any flowering plants or grasses to spread their pollens in the air.

Darwin, Northern Territory, Australia. Pretty warm all year round. Africa is also good.
