BAILEY'S IRISH COFFEE
hot black coffee, sugar
45 ml Bailey's
fresh whipped cream
grated chocolate
Three quarter fill a large glass with hot black coffee. Add sugar to taste. Add Bailey's. Float cream on top and decorate with grated chocolate.

2 ounces hazelnut liqueur
2 ounces Bailey's Irish Creme
Ice
Coffee
Directions:
Mix hazelnut liqueur with Bailey's Irish Cream. Serve over ice or mix with coffee.
Chris' Flaming Skull recipe
3 oz Bailey's® Irish cream
3 oz butterscotch schnapps
3 oz DeKuyper® Hot Damn cinnamon schnapps
Mix equal parts of Bailey's irish cream, butterscotch schnapps, and DeKuyper Hot Damn! in a mug. Stir well with a spoon. Heat in the microwave until warm, and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
Irish Hot Chocolate recipe
1 oz Bailey's® Irish cream
fill with Nestle® hot chocolate
Pour Bailey's Irish Cream into a coffee mug then fill with prepared Nestle Hot Chocolate. Top with whipped cream or marshmellows and a cherry

1 oz hot chocolate
1 1/2 oz Bailey's® Irish cream
1 pinch ground cinnamon
1 1/2 oz whipped cream
Make hot chocolate, add bailey's and ground cinnamon. Float whipped cream on top

I sure do and it's called a Snowball......You simply make a pot of old fashioned hot cocoa. Sugar rim a few mugs, pour the cocoa in and add a shot of Baileys Irish Cream (Carolina's is much the same though and about five dollars a bottle cheaper!) and a shot of vodka. Stir and garnish with a cherry.

I love to have Buttery Nipple shots. It is made with Baileys and Butterscotch Shnapps. It would taste good hot too. In hot chocolate and coffee also.
