Are you sure you haven't had anything with alcohol in it .... maybe something cooked with wine.

You also don't say what tests it showed up in, if blood or urine then there has to have been alcohol in something you had.

If a breath test, they can show false positives if you use alcohol based breath sprays

1) There may be a mistake in the lab.

2) You may need to consider all the food you eat, in addition to the medications.

3) Certain breath mints etc... may also cause a false reading.

Its possible that you had taken some cold medicine and certain cold medicines, especially ones that help you sleep often contain alcohol

if you had any kind of cough syrup it could show up just like poppie seeds can show as drugs....
