What is the best FORMAL restaurant in Minnesota? Well actually best restaurant period?

I am having a very formal party, but I don't now where to have it! I live in Minnesota, as you might have guessed, but most of my guests do not and I want to show them a good time with a good meal. Even if it means having dinner at an informal place, I want to get the best possible place so that they want to come back over and over.
