and how many pills/bottles does it take to overdose on it?

You can go to drugs.com, enter "mucinex" in the search bar, then on the next page click on "advanced consumer information" to read about mucinex. It does not say how many pills is an over dose, but you could call your phamacist (any pharmacy) for more info.

Its called acetomenophin poisoning, and YES, you can overdose on anything that has acetomenophin in it. I dont know how much, but the symptoms are VERY painful and involve vomitting and bowel movements usually occuring at the same time, and they HURT LIKE HELL!
