Yes it is although highly unlkely. These are all separated diseases and can be contracted either from separate infected people or by someone who has more then one of the disease at the same time.
My advice is to always protect yourself from the risk of any and all sexually transmitted diseases.
STD's are not uncommon and if you do not protect yourself and know the risks and ways to become infected and keep yourself in the risk zone you up your chances of becoming infected to one or more STD's each and every time you do not protect yourself during activities such as sexual activity, drug use which involves the possible exchange of body fluids (i.e. sharing needles) and any other means by which to contract these diseases.
In this day and age, you should always be prepared and not put yourself at risk at all, or at least attempt to mitigate the risk as much as possible...use condoms during sexual activity, although not 100%, they do provide some protection for STD's, and if you use drugs never share needles. Also get to know your partner well enough and ask questions before jumping into a relationship so you can be a better judge of the situation.
STD's are seriouys business and can not only kill you, but can alter your life forever...consider getting tested often if you've been in a risky situation!

If you are screwing multiple partners and each one has a disease yes. If you're screwing around with one guy and he's contracted each one of these diseases from multiple girls yes. So the answer is YES.
