Sounds like an allergy to something, but it could be mild asthma. I suggest you go to your clinic for a test, they will soon be able to help you. Don't wait too long, as this sort of symptom could be a variety of other things, and when it comes to tight chest, rather be safe than sorry.

Well maybe this has given you the fright to make you stop smoking...please do! You sound like you may have developed asthma but you need checked out by your GP and even at the hospital as they can give you inhalers etc to help you. Given what you are exposed to at work you aught to be checked out. I hope you wear a mask at work.... it is your responsibility to take care....its your body so look after it... so make a date with the doc and don't be silly and put it off....why suffer when help is at hand! good luck!

stop smoking, wear a safety mask at work and get to your doctors. you may well have asthma or something similar due to the paint spray if you haven't been wearing a suitable mask. Cigarette smoke will worsen any problem thats there even if it wasn't the cause.

you have mostly developed a lung condition known as copd (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease) smoking and your job definately arent helping it. you need to see a doctor and take a pulmonary function test and chest xrays to get the proper treatment.
this is not normal. you should do something soon before you stop breathing in one of these episodes

paint, dust and smoke all could have something to do with it - you need to be able to breathe to live so get it checked out with your dr asap - don't wait for a worse attack!
Good luck xx

Yes, your job and bad habits are directly related to your breathing problems, but I don't know why you can't spell.
