Well I say shave your self....wash your clothing and bedding and whatever else that can be washed in a washer in Hot water. Anything that can't be washed bag it up in an air tight bag and either let it set for 2 weeks or freeze it in a freezer for 72 hours...there is lice spray at the stores that you can spray on mattresses an furniture like couches, etc...you want to treat it as if you have lice because that is pretty much what it is...You can got to a public health clinic they don't cost much and they have a good medical staff. And if you don't see anything like little bugs, but your itching like crazy then maybe you have a yeast infetion...Well you should just go to the Health clinic anyways just to be sure and no you do not need insurance. I wish you the best of luck!

Treat it the same way you would head lice. Here's a link:
http://www.kidshealth.org/parent/infections/std/pubic_lice.html
You could make an appointment at the clinic, but I know at ours we'll make the same recommendation because they're SO contagious we'd rather not have a patient come in to put others at risk. With that said, take care to treat everything around you. You can kill the pubic part...but those suckers like bed linens, towels, etc.

Just shave all the hair off silly. You don't need to go to the doctor for that.
